Delivery was on time, product arrived in perfect condition. Sound was amazing! Not once has it fallen out of my phone case or while using the ring. I can literally just hang my phone on the ring and the adhesive doesn't move at all! The rotation, which allows the ring to move 360°, is also very good. In addition, the ring works great as a stand for long distances + short distances. The only drawback is the fold-out ventilation clip. I was only able to use it a couple of times before the rubber insert covering the teeth that hold your phone to the vent kept coming loose. After a few uses, the rubber piece was gone and it hurt to put it back on, but every time I tried to hook it back into the vent, the gap between the top and bottom prongs was too big for it to snap onto the vent. Eventually the piece of rubber came loose without my knowledge so it's now lost for the good reason I bought it.
