This is another update from 25th August 2918. I returned the player but without the packaging. To my surprise and after a long argument with the seller, I finally received a refund. Upgrade to 2 stars. The seller has upgraded their status with me, but this item is STILL a piece of junk. This is another update from July 31, 2018. I'm not surprised that it has an average 2 star rating. It really is a bitch. The seller refused to refund my money or replace the player because I didn't keep the original packaging. I can't afford to buy another player and I can't afford to lose the money I paid for this crap. Let this be a warning to all of you, DO NOT buy from this seller. Your product is junk and you cannot get a refund or replacement. These are such cops**t. I hope you have an unhappy night's sleep, eCop! (Salesperson)! I bought another one again the week of July 25, 2018 so this is an update to my April 23, 2018 review. Once again the battery springs broke off. If it's not the springs, the headphones won't work. Having trouble selling us unwanted products or what? Why can't I get a player that doesn't break in a week? I'm so disgusted with the shit you sell. I have completely spent my money. Having a steady income is difficult for me not to mention disappointing for my son as it was a birthday present for him. Aaaaaaa.😲 I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Pooh!
