This is the third Polk product I have purchased. confuse but problems with the product. I first contacted tech support through their Facebook page. I explained my problem and without hesitation they said they would send me a replacement. Two days later today, the FedEx truck stopped. access road and introduced a complete replacement of the system. I am shocked. I didn't have to beg and go out on a full moon and howl at the moon to get attention. Today they made me a regular customer. And now the product itself. I think it's fantastic. The MagniFi Maxx SR system works great. I absolutely love the two bookshelf-sized wireless rear speakers that come with it. Clean and crisp. And the included subwoofer, also wireless, delivers incredible bass that fills my sound. viewing space. Bottom line, I would recommend this system to all my friends and family. It delivers great sound quality without spending a lot of money.
