It's important to wear them for a few weeks to get used to zero falls and to focus on ankle mobility and calf raises/stretches. When you run with the right forward lean and hit with the first third of your foot, these shoes are incredibly comfortable, light and feel sooooo fast. A lot of people say they don't have calf problems but that usually indicates an imbalance somewhere or a lack of range of motion, if you run with the right form and hit the right path these shoes are amazing.
