500 for supplies and equipment to take good care of my cars

I am very meticulous and conscientious when it comes to car washing and detailing. I've probably invested about $1500 in supplies and equipment to take good care of my machines. So far I have used a blower to dry my car. But due to the excessive noise, I had to consider alternative methods of keeping my neighbors calm and composed. The blower I use is called the Toro Super Blower, FYI. Spending $200 on a dryer was crazy. But it was only a matter of time before I got complaints from my neighbors, so I pulled the trigger and got this article. As a last resort I can just return it if it doesn't suit my needs. I was a bit concerned at first as many people claimed the noise level was the same as their blowers. However, I can tell you that it is SIGNIFICANTLY quieter compared to blowers. The noise level is comparable to well-made cylinder vacuum cleaners (e.g. Miele). On top of that, the air output is incredibly strong. There is no need to use 8HP as 4HP is more than enough. Which used to take 30 minutes. With the blower it now only takes about 15. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and will definitely keep it to myself. So here are some pros and cons. Pros: - Quieter than expected. Quiet enough that the neighbors won't complain - Excellent workmanship - 4 hp. more than enough. 8hp would be overkill - Cuts labor time in half (15 minutes to fully dry Toyota Camry) - 10ft hose is more than enough Cons: - Without a trolley, you have to carry it around. It's not that hard, but hands get tired after 10 minutes. - The hose is very durable. That may be fine, but in my case the tubing became inflexible. I couldn't move it as freely as I wanted. I had to be careful not to let the hose scratch the finish/paint. The power cord is not long enough. You need an extension.
