The lid shown here has tabs that protrude at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions to facilitate fitting and removing the lid. The one sent to me DOES NOT have ears and is a smooth cap which makes it difficult to put on and take off. Also, the ends of the grommets are larger than the other cap I bought and they fall off a small post at the end of the RV tube port. Will have to look for another brand.
