use sparingly. for my opinion
Hard to use until you get used to it. First time it made my hair so soft, it was flat and had very little body. Then I read some of the guidelines and realized I used too much. I found 2 sprays per section of damp hair worked much better. Also putting the around the brush after spraying worked better than trying to pick up hair with the brush.
