Cannot load media. An absolutely charming set at a reasonable price. Bought this for my mature 4 year old but older siblings love it too. I only let them use when I'm there to attend the tea party and I make the tea but let them spill. My children are particularly picky when it comes to toys. That's porcelain, what more can I say? he will break The color is a beautiful, sophisticated soft pink - not a kitschy shade of pink at all. It came with a molded plastic insert that kept the utensils from breaking during the trip but felt sticky and made it almost impossible to get the utensils in and out, so I replaced them with kitchen towels and tissue paper. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. My daughter refuses to pretend - she wants the right thing! I first tried a pewter tea set, but all of its parts were easily dented and deformed with use. They are made in China. It doesn't say if they're dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash them because I want them to last. I gave them 5 stars considering the price I think is good. The paint started peeling off a few rims after a few uses, but you won't notice anything unless you're looking. Hope this will be helpful!
