The people's perspective of being able to get support for anything that is needed! It seems like there are always new systems out or coming up which makes it seem overwhelming at times but its really not if you know what your looking for (and I do!). I don't think anyone should be left alone with any problems as we all need help somehow along our journey - this service supports me so well when I am stuck!! Supportive and great team who work together seamlessly. So far no issues just happy solving my own problem first before asking others questions/supporting with other products etc. Just make sure you pick someone experienced because some of us dont read very fast and will take too long sometimes with answers!! Also Re Think inc has been instrumental in helping create an internal network drive where staff were previously relying solely from external storage solutions meaning more cost savings per annum than ever thought possible. This product also means less time spent downloading emails via email attachment vs using file sharing software across several business.
