The platform is easy to understand and is best to implement because of its user friendly interface and clear guidance. The platform allows integration across various devices and platforms like mobile, web and apps. It offers best support for multi-channel communication. It helps in improving the user experience and can be used as a standalone tool. It's affordable price makes it best to use platform on small scale. We were facing difficulty in converting our data from the third party application to the platform. So, I recommend this as a best option to use a platform. We were solving ticketing issues for our clients which solved their issues. The best feature I like most is the ability of initiating dialogues without manual intervention. It works great for me even though it's not fully tested yet but there are no major issues so far. I wish that it could be integrated with other platforms/apps. Great tool if you want your users to interact using AI. If this platform helps reduce or eliminate repetitive tasks performed by humans then you will see the benefits immediately.
