So , these mittens are great. I ordered them before the Bernie Sanders mitten meme went viral and was very pleased that I was able to create the image of Bernie while very warm. But the stitching on it is the worst thing of all. Notably, the velcro strips came loose at first (which I agreed to because I was fed up with them sticking to my sweatpants), but then the fleece inners started coming loose as well. Both on the palm and on the finger tab. Otherwise these mittens are great but I wouldn't buy them if you can't sew. Proceed to another pair of Bernie style mittens that are of a higher quality. Or if you decide to buy them, I would recommend fortifying them before use. There's nothing more annoying than trying to go outside to walk your dog in 3 degree weather and not being able to put your damn hand in your mittens. To be honest I'm thinking about buying another pair of these because the price is great and they are very warm.
