Not bad for the price
We wanted a backup Pulse Ox to our more expensive unit. Overall, it works well. Only big downside is the Readout numbers are very small and it does take a few seconds to sync with correct measurement compared to higher end expensive units. I do like the pulse graph that can visibly show any heartbeat irregularities. For the money, it's a good value.
