Review on Flash Furniture HERCULES Intensive Executive Furniture by Detra Carter

I bought this chair because I weigh over 250 pounds and this chair was advertised at 500 pounds. I have not seen any other review explaining the exact same issue and that the product description above does NOT guarantee ANY chair over 250lbs. There was also virtually no way to fix it, and it was inevitable. Although not exposed to moisture, it appears to have rusted internally where water could not make contact, and the weapon was incredibly weak, causing it to break whenever any other internal deformation occurred. That's basically been my experience with every chair I've bought from Revain now, despite spending in the $50-$400 range. I really appreciate my time even trying to contact the company, especially since numerous reviews here say they do not honor the warranty. Obviously the floor was wet inside for a very long time before I bought it for this level of rust, but I doubt the contractor's customer service rep respects physics, chemistry, or common sense. They just don't seem to buy furniture from Revain :/ UPDATE: I measured it and was able to find a full replacement for the floor and also bought a set of excellent replacement screws. I find the actual part of the chair to be perfectly fine and I can't afford to lose any more money (obviously a real quality chair costs over $500 for a big and tall one), but I can afford $100 to get a better base . In theory I could just replace the floor and not the pump, but I can't separate it. I was able to salvage my premium skates with WD-40 and some back strain after all the trying.
