The BalanceFrom digital bathroom scale worked great the first two times I used it. The first time was after an appointment with the doctor where they measured my weight. When I got home I inserted the batteries that came with it, calibrated according to the instructions, put on the same clothes and my weight was practically the same as at the doctor's. The second time I used the scale was two days prior to this review. I recalibrated the scale as I needed to move it, stepped up and compared my weight to my old scale and the weight was almost the same. The third time I used this scale was this morning. According to this scale, I've lost 13 kilos in the last two days. I knew it was wrong. So I recalibrated the scale, stepped on it and it said 15 pounds. instead of 13 kilos lost. I removed the batteries from the scale, put in four new batteries that I bought about a week ago, recalibrated the scale and this time it read 17 pounds. Lost weight. I got up and got up 3 more times, and each time the reading dropped 1-2 pounds. Of course I'm disappointed as it had good reviews and the price was great. i will return it
