The legs on this chair "fall out" a lot because they don't "lock into place". It was a real struggle on the first day of use. Also, there are brackets above some screw holes that need to be removed - not the easiest of installs. Directions were unclear, even Ikea gives better directions than what was provided. After 5 days of use this shouldn't be. Support looked into this and said the legs should be secured with a small hammer, but they aren't. They strive to improve. They refunded me in full for this purchase and it's easy for me to contact customer service. I may have received a bad chair, but purchase at your own risk.
