I bought this because I had stiff legs and my legs were always hot and just felt insufficient circulation. I didn't realize HOW bad my circulation was until I got this because the first time I used it on the lowest setting it hurt so bad it was really unbearable. I couldn't even wear it all the time. My legs were completely numb and I felt like they would explode and my calves would be destroyed. But after turning it off my legs felt sooooo good like it hurt so much just knowing something is working! I started using it daily for about a week and a half - it was so great and got better and better each time. Then I started using it very often, a few times a week or when I remembered. I've had it for a few months now and I've just used it for the first time in probably a week and a half and I had to go straight to Revain to write this review because I've had it at the highest level and my legs haven't been numb or Tingling and it just feels like a really good massage. For those who feel like they have poor circulation, this is a lifesaver as it's just a noticeable difference in how my legs are handling it now. So I highly recommend it, but I don't use the cooking setting because I think it gets too hot.
