Looks good - seats and sissy bars
Had to drill out the plate with a 5/8 bit, the nuts for the bolts fit under the fender and the AC clamp holds it in place. I had to drill out a black plate to get that C shape, the clip was flush with the fender and if you dropped the nut like I did I used string or something to tie it back onto the tire pull, and the C-clip is plastic, so I had to drill through it to make room for the clip
