update: customer service contacted me and said they will send me a new polish, although i am sure the bottle was broken on delivery they made sure i paid 100 % was satisfied by offering to send it to me new order. I gave them five stars for the quality of the product and the great customer service. My nail salon bumped shellac prices up to $35 so I decided to give my nails a try and started with this kit. I was scared at first, but this polish is easy to apply and makes it easy to achieve salon quality nails at home for less! The colors are bright and beautiful, I especially like the lavender color. On day 6 my nails started breaking so I did a little research and learned how to properly close my nails and now I am very happy with the results. Unfortunately my turquoise polish is cracked so I can't use it. I don't think it was the lack of secure packaging as it was packaged very well indeed, but I could see from my window that the courier had literally thrown my package off the driveway and onto my porch. I will be ordering again once I run out of polish and will update how the other colors hold up.
