Item works as expected. Hope this lasts long. He looks strong and strong. I like the gray color. What I didn't like was that in the package I had a card that said I won a prize and go to the website. I went to the website, entered the order number, but got an error message saying the order doesn't exist. I wrote to them about the error and got no reply. Send a message through Revain and get a reply the next day to go to the site and re-enter the order number. After several attempts, the site finally worked, but then it writes that they will contact me. So far nobody has contacted me. This is very bad customer service.
