Product description is very accurate. Measured from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail, that's a total of 7 feet. Mind you, 7ft sounds like a lot, but can be a disappointment if you're expecting a HUGE kite. It's big enough and a good size, but don't expect a life-size shark - it's about the size of a human. The kite is very easy to assemble (lock 2 poles) and easy to fly. The holder is one of those "brass knuckles" holders. The kite made everyone smile and people came from all over the beach to watch us fly and take photos.
