PVC Bad Smell
This ball feels nice (actually, I prefer the spiky nubs on it). BUT. it's made of pvc and has a horrible exhaust smell (some kind of obscure oil refining smell) that also gets on your hands when you hold the ball in your hands. Pooh. My wife has a Rubz massage ball with flatter ribs that doesn't have that smell and is obviously made of less harmful plastic. And no, the smell won't go away quickly if you air out.
