Good product! The audio is a lot louder than I expected, but it took me some practice to make sure I was wearing it properly and not getting any feedback. I like the glossy finish. The headset just fits my head. This is good for those who have a small, medium or large women's hat. I'm size XL and it's stretched more than I'd like. The women's XL is the same as the men's small, so it is not suitable for medium or large size men. It has music playback capabilities that I'd like to explore so I can play music when students/guests arrive and then use the same device for a conversation.
