Uptima is going strong after 1 year

The team at UpTma has been very helpful as we have moved through our onboarding process from an external consultant (they are amazing). They were willing to go above and beyond when it came time for us to hire someone internally that could hit ground running with some of their own ideas. I wish they would've had our software up even sooner than what was originally planned but overall great experience! -The onboarding went pretty smoothly. Their helpdesk staff really helped navigate the initial training/onboarding process. There wasn't much there since we already knew all the ins & outs of Salesforce via other providers so things weren't difficult. Very easy transition. If you're looking for assistance or guidance during your first few weeks working in sales force automation this will be one less thing to worry about. Great support throughout entire onboarding; everything ran extremely well. No issues found here. Salesforce implementation project management/monitoring capabilities. Being able to track every detail down to who's responsible within my organization without having many people check into each task separately. This allows me to focus solely on managing relationships between clients instead of needing multiple individuals doing different tasks. The best thing about uptiva was that it helped me with my scheduling problems by having all of my schedule information at one place! I really didn't like how difficult the software seemed to be to use for anyone who isn't very tech savvy or used other quote to cash systems before. It took awhile to learn how to navigate everything through this program but once you get the hang of things you can do almost anything and have your scheduler pull up any time you need to add an employee, invoice, etc.
