Great pillow! suitable for pillows and bedding

This pillow is not soft or fluffy, it's very hard and, well, since it has a stone layer, it's pretty hard too. It took me a minute to get used to it and I hardly slept for the first few nights. But I've been sleeping on it exclusively for almost a month now and it's the best pillow I've ever had. I love it and hope it lasts forever! I have significantly less pain in my head, neck and face after sleeping with it, and I toss and turn less at night. Using it in combination with one of their infrared heaters makes it even better.
