Cute decoration best on balloons

We used the arch for the older generation parade. It wouldn't get up. I'm not sure how you're supposed to pull that off, but we were the hit of the parade. Some of the balloons are very difficult to inflate and some are easy. It definitely took a long time to inflate all the balloons and attach them to the strip. A balloon pump would be very helpful!
