Review on Junior Classic Pockets Jacket JK22888 Women's Clothing and Coats, Jackets & Vests by Cynthia Taylor

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect for me - women

I'm trying to be as descriptive as possible because I know how helpful other people's reviews are when you're looking to buy something. I'm 5'4" and about 180 pounds. I think I'm technically an XL, but I buy most of my clothes in plus sizes, so they're square. I've bought this jacket 2 times in the bleach color .The color is the same as I expected it is a very light denim but not white and not too blue. The material is thin denim so heavier than a shirt but not very heavy. It seems durable. As I didn't think it was crazy when I got it. It just smelled like new jeans but I think the smell will dissipate. My sleeves are very long but they are also wide enough to roll them up. Mine are very square and wide, which is what I wanted. I have a little broad shoulders so the jacket shoulders don't sag. I wouldn't call this jacket "cropped" but I also ordered larger so it could have been shorter if I did would have bought my size. The jacket falls just below he my waist and below my waist. The buttons are a regular size, but they actually say "Hybrid & Company" with this little pattern on them. I don't think it looks bad or weird but just keep it in mind. In addition to the breast pockets, it also has well-sized side pockets. Everything was the way I wanted it, but I wanted to give a lot of information to help others with their purchasing decision. Hope this helped! Update: After wearing this jacket for a few months, the smell hasn't entirely gone away, but it's not too strong. Most of the time I only notice it when I stare. Also, I found it very difficult to keep the collar down properly. It kind of sticks to me and looks like it burned the material a bit when ironed as it was a bit discolored where I ironed it. However, this is probably my fault, but just something to keep in mind.
