True to size and is very good
These boots are simply gorgeous and very well made. The size corresponds to your child's shoe size. I know some wellies run large, but not this one. I ordered a size 9 for toddlers and received a size 8. Unfortunately I had to return it as my son could barely stand in it. Although so cute!
