So I've had these pairs for a while and at first I was fine with the headphones but then I was able to update the firmware through the Mobvoi app and it helps fix that improve overall experience. In the app, I can select different preset EQs, change touch controls, and view performance for each earbud and case. I wish the app had the ability to customize its own equalizer, but no. Bluetooth connection with my phone is instantaneous, several hours of battery when listening to music and video game sound, touch controls are responsive, call sound is clear but motion gesture controls couldn't work properly (shakes head a few times). tried to hang up, glad I was in public for it). I also have the first gen and it's a huge upgrade, especially in terms of comfort, it sits in the ears a lot better and is comfortable, the body is incredibly smaller so it doesn't tire the pocket. All in all, at $99, these are good wireless smart headphones for the price.
