The ease of use for me as an end user is really good -- even if I am not very tech-savvy! It's nice that in just one click, we can have our data ready to be used by deep learning models for speech recognition or sentiment analysis without having to write code ourselves. Sometimes it takes quite long before my data gets ready (could take days). Maybe they need more resources than what they currently allocate? For example, having enough staff with AI background will surely help us get faster results at times like this to meet deadlines. We are using them for NLP tasks such as Speech Recognition but there's also support for Image Classification too which has been useful when analyzing images for specific features from them.
