I have never used this product. Only traditional moisturizers for the face. The difference between day and night, to be honest. You can feel, and in some cases even see, traditional moisturizers on your face. This product is the complete opposite and even the first 5-10 minutes can even be a bit sticky. You really don't see or feel anything with your hand afterwards, but your face is definitely NOT dry. There is a noticeable and significant difference between your dry face before and after application. Coming from the world of traditional moisturizers, this is like magic. I can't speak to its effectiveness other than moisturizing the face, but it really is and I love it. I generally recommend letting it dry on your face for about 5 minutes before applying makeup as it is initially sticky.
