I just got this item today August 2nd 2020. I got it pretty quick. I ordered it July 29th. The sizing is not the same as regular clothes. My daughter is almost 11, slim, and wears a size 7/8 clothes so I've been getting her 10-12 clothes for the extra room. For this item I ordered a 11-12 so that she can grow into it and I don't have to keep purchasing leotards often. This leotard actually fits her and is maybe a half size too big. Other than the sizing the item is great. Again my daughter wears a 7/8 regular clothes and I bought this item in a size 11-12. Because she starts gymnastics tomorrow I'm just going to keep it because the other one I have to take back. I purchase a adult small in that one because that was the next size up from a child's large and it fits her like a size 6.
