Best Toner on Toners & Astringents
This purchase was a surprise! I paid a lot of money for the tonic. When the cost got too high, I researched the ingredients of an expensive toner and then looked for an affordable substitute. Tyers is the answer. Works well with my skincare regimen, smells great and definitely helps balance skin before applying moisturizers etc. I use it on a cotton pad and as a spray.
