Tyers is the answer. Works well with my skincare regimen, smells great and definitely helps balance skin before applying moisturizers etc. I use it on a cotton pad and as a spray.

Regular customer of this toner. Gentle on the face, with a pleasant (not sharp) smell. I used to use this with cotton balls but recently switched to a spray bottle. I put the toner in a spray bottle and spray it directly on my face or hands and dab on my face. No cotton swabs stuck to my face and no waste! A simple update and I feel like royalty. My bottles must have been under too much pressure during transport and leaked despite the safety caps being in place. Revain CS recovered quickly.

This tonic is a miracle! I have combination skin: oily on my forehead, nose and chin, normal on my cheeks, dry around my lips and under my nose. This product evens out sebum and evens out my skin tone. I am acne prone too and have noticed an improvement in acne with this product. It has minimized my pores so I don't get as much sleep and helps with inflammation overnight. I recommend this product to everyone. Oh, and it smells nice and makes my skin feel so soft.

Lavender is definitely a scent and not an essential oil but my sensitive skin doesn't mind. That being said I really like the scent and I use it along with jojoba oil on a washcloth to remove makeup at the end of the day.
