Had an operation on the foot and couldn't tolerate the rubber bandage for bare skin recommended by the doctor. After applying the cure and initial non-stick coating, I cut it and used it for wrapping before applying the super rubber bandage. They absolutely kept my skin from itching and were definitely comfortable, but they weren't snug enough for the compression I needed, so I just put a layer or two of rubber material over them to hold them in place. Compression is everything when you have an open wound you want to walk on (can't stitch the bottom of your foot).
