The lamp is beautiful to look at UNTIL you realize it's horrible cheap junk. DO NOT BUY here to hang. It's thin as hell, arms are dangling all over the place, and it's not straight. I had to call for replacement parts because half of the glass balls had noticeable imperfections and bubbles. The support team quickly sent them out. The only good thing I can say about it, so I'm giving light, is that the matte brushed nickel bullets look nice, but the thin shoulders make it look very cheap. Please look at these pictures, this lamp is deformed! Maybe it's a defect, I don't know. No matter what I do to set it up, it won't even come out. Do yourself a favor and just go to Home Depot or Lowe's where you can give something back. It was the worst idea to buy a lamp online with a 30-day return policy.
