Doesn’t come how it looks because of how they package it

I liked that this was a thick woven basket with a lid, but when I received it, it was all smashed and rolled up to fit in the box.so it no longer takes the shape it’s supposed too. I’m very unhappy with how it was packaged and how I received it. The lid doesn’t fit on top because the bottom has lost its shape. Very disappointed
