A bit of Googling I was able to figure out which brush heads to buy. Turns out there are two types: 1) the old round ones that screw on and 2) the new ones that you press on. Look at your hand block to see which one you have. It's pretty obvious. Next, for such pressed brushes, there are many different options to choose from based on your preference. Some remove more plaque, some tell the handpiece it's time to change brush heads (didn't work for me), and some have bristles to clean the tongue. it was new and one meant to be more aggressive in plaque. You can choose what to try first. I personally can't tell the difference. I preferred buying a branded replacement rather than a fake one as I really don't want to brush my teeth with something I don't fully trust. I am happy with the purchase and will continue to buy them. One minor complaint: this is the perfect item to buy as a subscription, but that wasn't an option at the time of my purchase. You might want to reconsider that decision, as I suspect a lot of people will sign up just to be reminded to switch their heads on a schedule.
