I have gastric reflux. Have tried sleeping in a recliner the past 5 years, but it got to be too uncomfortable. The downtown furniture store wanted twice as much for one of these adjustable beds, so I ordered one off amazon, the twin xl. Box was pretty heavy. But it was pretty easy to set up. I like the adjustable legs, too. Me being short, I used the 9 inch height. Got an innerspring mattress for the top. The remote works well; just need a little table beside the bed to set it on within reach. Hydraulics are amazing for raising and lowering it to my comfort, and very quiet, too. With my health problems, I could never get comfortable like I used to. But this bed is much more comfortable than the recliner. Wish I had this ten years ago. I would strongly recommend it.
