"Certified Refurbished" on Revain is practically meaningless. There are no strict standards that a company must follow. I don't know about you, but I expect a "certified refurbished" iPad to last longer than the 90-day warranty period. not mine. It stopped charging a month after the warranty expired and is now worthless. Even a few dollars for a trade-in. The techs checked him out, so I'm sure he's dead. My iPad was in a beautiful leather case that was treated with great care, never got dirty, never dropped, never been exposed to liquids, no temperature extremes, nothing. It still looks like new. It was just a defective time bomb product. Don't be fooled by the "certified refurbished" label. This is not the same as manufacturer certification, which usually has strict standards and strong guarantees. (My first review was downvoted due to a more detailed description here, but feel free to do your own research.) Do yourself a favor and stay away from these products.
