They are very good value so you get what you pay for. You are on the skinny side. It's ok for what we need it for. We wanted to use just everyday "rags" instead of lots of paper towels. However, after a wash or two, the hem seam came undone on some. Again, you get what you pay for and for what we need it's fine. But that shouldn't happen anyway. I also hope they become a little more absorbent after a few washes. They dry your hands well, but on the countertop they just push water through. I'm very middle of the road on them. I wouldn't order them again but they are 'ok' for what we need.
