Item arrived broken but customer service will make it right
One of the bedside table pieces was broken, parts were missing from the packaging, but the customer service was good. They didn't hesitate to send me another package of hardware parts and a replacement for the broken one. When I call 1800, I don't think I've been on the line for more than a minute. They were easy to understand and I was given parts tracking information. Not the best QC, but the customer service makes up for the inconvenience. Your instructions are very simple, like assembling lego.
