I got these for Christmas and they worked great for about four months and then stopped working properly. The power button on the remote control and the built-in key fob do not turn it on/off, but turn it on red or blue. I say blue because it's actually a shade of purple, but if you go for blue, the light becomes this. None of the colors match/match properly, when I click on one of the color options the light changes to a similar but not exact/correct color. For example, red is red, orange is yellow-green, green is green, cyan is cyan (but only at the highest level of brightness when it's lower - white), and blue and all shades of pink/purple are the same shade of purple. As mentioned above, the hue will also change as you adjust the brightness level. Overall adhesion, brightness, adjustment, etc. were great, they just stopped working properly and I can't fix them. Also, the app didn't connect and wasn't very useful.
