I purchased a HumanCentric VESA mounting bracket compatible with the Dell Ultrathin S2719DM. The Dell stand has been removed. In the middle of the first photo you can see two screws that attach the HumanCentric mount to the monitor. (the gray part where the stand was attached) Once attached, the desktop monitor mounting plate was easy to attach to the HumanCentric mount that was attached to the Dell monitor. (second photo) This mount looks flimsy, but it's actually strong. A bit pricey but still (for me) 5 stars.
