This is a fantastic and affordable item! I get hot flashes from medication and I hate coming to appointments with my lower back sweating. This solves this problem nicely. One caveat - it only circulates the air, doesn't cool it. So I turn on the AC to keep the air in my car nice and cool, and this seat cover then distributes that nice cool air right down to my lower back and seat. But if you're not getting cool air in your car, this may not work for you as it only circulates air that should already be cool so you can blow cool air around your back and seat. But the air conditioning in my car works well and sends conditioned air to where I need it. Five stars!
