Review on JIKIOU by Justin Wehrman

I was eager to give JIKIOU a try because I frequently shop for office products online. Unfortunately, my interactions with this web shop have been nothing but dissatisfying. To begin with, even though I upgraded to priority delivery and paid extra, it still took longer to arrive than I had anticipated. I asked customer support for an update, and they gave me a standard, unhelpful answer. Unfortunately, one of the things I ordered arrived broken. I was met with apathy and indifference from JIKIOU's customer care when I tried to get a refund or replacement. I got the impression that they didn't care about my problem and treated me like a nuisance whenever I brought it up. With so much rivalry in the online office supply industry, this indifference to customer satisfaction is inexcusable. I would advise others to look elsewhere for their office supply requirements, and I will not be making any future purchases from JIKIOU.
