The ease of use, the control panel is easy to understand and navigate through. There's many features that you could not find out there from other providers. We have been able to solve some challenges we had with different DDoS attacks. For example, when we were under attack for almost 2 days (over 1 million requests) it was very hard to identify who did this since they are using real IP addresses which makes them harder to track down. I like that it's easy to work with, just enter info and you're done! It is really simple for someone who has never used this type of software before or does not know how to use other types of programs such as Google Apps etc. We have been able to fix some problems we were having at church when using google apps and now all of these issues are gone. There isn't much to dislike about this program - but if there was something else then maybe I would change my mind. This solved so many problems for us!
