The black cartridges did not work properly until the printhead was cleaned 5 times, replaced with the second black cartridge from the set, and the printheads were reset 3 times. However, all three color cartridges were empty and had to be replaced. Then a large job was printed (with poor quality). gradually the quality improved and now everything seems fine. Update: The company was very quick to respond to a previous review. Ordered a replacement without question. Very nice, really. Haven't had a chance to try replacement cartridges yet, but figured the best thing would be to thank them for trying. Upgraded them one star and may give them another if the replacement works properly. Thanks again for the quick fix!
