Good product but extremely unreliable

Having owned this product for over a year, this is a slightly longer review. The microphone was initially a joy to use and was very accurate. After about 4 months, the microphone stopped connecting to the charging station. I contacted the seller for a solution. When I had to send the mic back to the seller a few weeks later, all I got was a replacement mic. There was a conflict between the software on my charging station and the software on the interchangeable microphone and the seller resolved this issue remotely. The microphone worked again without any problems. The microphone stopped working a few weeks ago. Often loses connection to charging station. When it connects, the dictations are completely inconsistent. Sometimes nothing is recorded at all. I have contacted the seller again and still no reply. The performance and reliability are definitely not what I expected from a $400+ device and based on my experience alone I cannot recommend purchasing this product.
