Review on Linc Global - Customer Care Automation by Chef Buntiloy

The main advantage that I like most about this software was its ability to manage all my customer queries from different devices through an online website or app! Everything in one place so easy management of customers' inquiries/queries without wasting time with paper files etc! Nothing as such but maybe some features could have been enhanced more for example:- 1) User interface :- Sometimes it takes me too much times figuring out how things are working.- 2)- Integration between services should be improved (maybe by getting rid off manual integration). Have made life easier both internally & externally which has helped alot towards our success!
