Fixed my gate opener arms

Lightning hit our gate opener, TWICE! Each time, along with a fried circuit board in the control box, a potentiometer in the actuator arm was blown apart. These have the same specs, but not a flatted shaft. A grinder and file made them fit in place, and after soldering on wires and reassembling, I have 2 working actuator arms again. (saving me hundreds of dollars)

Pros

Bought the wrong ohm, but that’s on me. These did what they said.

Cons

The potentiometer's knob is difficult to turn, making adjustments a frustrating task
