Fixed my gate opener arms

Lightning hit our gate opener, TWICE! Each time, along with a fried circuit board in the control box, a potentiometer in the actuator arm was blown apart. These have the same specs, but not a flatted shaft. A grinder and file made them fit in place, and after soldering on wires and reassembling, I have 2 working actuator arms again. (saving me hundreds of dollars)
